Blood Drive Volunteer Schedule

The Fine Print: If you OPEN or CLOSE the table, come to Alter 37 and go with the student worker to get the table from Events Storage. Once the table is set up, then you will receive the laptop and promotional materials from Alter 37 to set up.
If you are working shifts in the middle of the day, please make sure you never leave the laptop unattended. The papers and such can stay on the table, however the laptop cannot. If you are waiting for someone to come after you, and you have to go to class, please drop off the laptop to Alter 37. Conversely, if you are working the table and there is no one there, please go to Alter 37 to pick up the laptop.
On the laptop there is the user name "Blood Drive" and the password is "Volunteer." There is a direct link to the site to sign up, and the background to the computer is the link and sponsor code: 3408. Once the day is over, please first return the laptop to Alter 37, and the student worker will assist you with returning the table to Events storage, located on the lower level.
